Choose White City Limassol for a roof pool outside July to September. It is adults only and open all year, but the water is unheated. Non-guest access isn't something the hotel states.
The pool
White City Limassol, a 4-star hotel on Perikleous Street in Agia Zoni, has its pool up on the roof. A rooftop bar sits beside it, and the hotel lists panoramic views of the city skyline. The floor isn't published and the water is not heated.
Our take
Of the pools on our list, only White City says it is open all year round. The Tower at St Raphael has a heated indoor pool from November to March, but that pool is not on the roof, so White City is the better fit if the roof is the point.
The catch is the water. It is unheated, and January highs average 17.9°C, so a winter swim here will be cold. Budget for extras too: underground parking is 20€ per day and breakfast is 20€ per person, booked in advance.
