The pool
Up on the 27th floor at 807 Clark Pl in Sobro, the rooftop pool has panoramic views of the downtown skyline. A separate indoor pool is also on site, open year-round to hotel guests. Rooftop hours and season aren't published by the hotel.
Our take
The Westin undercuts the rest of Sobro. Omni's pass starts at $65, Margaritaville's at $50 and The Joseph's at $75. Only Courtyard by Marriott Green Hills, from $25, is listed lower on our list. Spa, gym, showers, lockers, a relaxation lounge and a sauna are listed with the pool.
The catch is the missing hours and season. The heating helps outside summer, since December highs average 11.2°C, but look up your date on the ResortPass listing. The indoor pool is for hotel guests, so a day pass doesn't mean a swim in both.
