The pool deck sits at Kilter, the rooftop restaurant and bar at 7 E Congress St in the North Historic District. It looks over downtown Savannah. The floor isn't published, and the deck is not open to the public.
Our take
Recess is the other guests-only pool on our list besides Perry Lane. Unlike Perry Lane, it adds a members route through Club Recess.
The hotel makes the tallest-pool claim on its homepage, but it publishes no floor to check it against. Pool access is covered by the Destination Amenity Fee, so factor that into your room cost.
