Our take
Hotel Mistral publishes a 10th-floor heated pool. H Hotel gives no floor and no heating detail for its rooftop, but it is the livelier choice on our list, with live DJs by the pool every afternoon in summer and themed rooftop parties that run late.
That is also the downside. If you want a quiet deck, the guests-only pools at Bayview and Hotel Valentina suit better. A separate indoor heated pool sits on level -1 next to Carisma Spa, away from the roof.
