The easiest pool on our list for non-guests, with day passes sold through ResortPass. It's heated, and the hotel also has a hot tub and a sauna. Check the pass price first.
The pool
Find it at 123 Queen St W in Old Toronto; the hotel doesn't publish a floor. It's heated, 1.4 metres deep, and backed by a hot tub and sauna on site. The catch is that the pass price isn't shown.
Our take
No other hotel on our list sells day passes. Three are guests only, and four don't publish who can swim, so a visitor with no room has one clear route here.
The downside is planning blind on cost and height: no floor is published, and the ResortPass listing doesn't show the price. If you only want to swim lengths, the City of Toronto's drop-in lane swim is $4 for an adult at select pools, though it's a municipal pool, not a hotel deck.
