Our take
SAVV is the 3-star entry among the Georgetown hotels, and its location is the draw: the waterfront by the Clan Jetties. Fifth Avenue and OZO also keep their pools for guests, but both state a rooftop pool on their own pages. SAVV doesn't.
That is the downside. If a roof is your reason to book, find out from the hotel which level the pool is on before you pay. Without a room there is no way in.
