Vancouver's best swimming months are June to August, and December highs of 6.6°C explain why heating matters here. All four rooftop-pool hotels we found are heated. None publishes whether non-guests can swim, so treat each as guests only until the hotel says otherwise.
Our first pick is L'Hermitage: a heated 15-metre lap pool on the 5th floor, open all year. For a livelier deck, Fairmont Pacific Rim has palm trees, cabanas and fire pits, though it publishes no floor or access rules.

Hotels you might expect here, and why they're not
These hotels come up in rooftop pool searches, but the facts place no swimming pool on their roofs.
Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. No source places a swimming pool at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver (900 W Georgia St). The rooftop pool sources describe Fairmont Waterfront, a different hotel at 900 Canada Place. Pool fields are left null.
Rosewood Hotel Georgia. The only confirmed pool is an indoor saltwater lap pool on the 4th floor, beside Sense Spa. The rooftop Reflections terrace has no pool stated in any source.
The Parker Hotel & Rooftop Vancouver. None of the sources mention a swimming pool. They describe Parker Rooftop as a rooftop bar, which is "not-rooftop" under the no-pool rule.
Hotel BLU Vancouver. The hotel's own amenities page describes a 28-foot indoor pool. No source places the pool on the roof or a top floor, and the open-air terrace is not stated to have a pool.
St Regis Hotel. No source mentions a swimming pool at this hotel. The hotel's own site and the Google listing are silent on pools, and the ResortPass page lists amenities with no pool. Under the rules, no pool means not-rooftop.
Azur Legacy Collection Hotel. Sources describe indoor pools and a rooftop restaurant and bar, but none place a swimming pool on the roof or top-floor terrace.
Loden Hotel. No source says the Loden Hotel has a swimming pool. Sources mention only a rooftop patio and garden, a spa, and a bar. The Travelmyth page is titled as a list of rooftop-pool hotels, but its snippet does not name the Loden. Status set to not-rooftop because no pool is found.
JW Marriott Parq Vancouver. No source names a swimming pool at this hotel. The only 17th-floor rooftop water feature mentioned is the Aqua Lounge hydrotherapy terrace, and a hot tub is listed as an amenity. Per the rules, a rooftop terrace without a pool is not-rooftop. The ResortPass €89 item is a spa pass, not pool access.
Vancouver rooftop pools: questions people ask
Can non-guests swim at Vancouver rooftop pools?

Which Vancouver hotel has the highest rooftop pool?
L'Hermitage, on the 5th floor, is the one hotel here that publishes a floor. Fairmont Pacific Rim, Level Vancouver and Pan Pacific don't state theirs, so we can't rank them on height.
