March to May is the best stretch for a rooftop swim in Orlando, and November highs still reach 24.5°C. Of the five hotels we list with roof pools, two sell day passes, two are guests only, and one doesn't publish who can swim.

Hotels you might expect here, and why they're not
These well-known Orlando hotels have pools, but none of them is on the roof.
Hyatt Regency Orlando. The named hotel (9801 International Dr) is described with a Grotto Pool and a Terrace Pool, and no source puts a pool on its roof. The rooftop-pool sources (hyatt.com airport page, Facebook, Instagram, Tripadvisor) describe Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport, a separate property, so they were not used.
Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection. The pool is a round outdoor courtyard pool at ground level, per the hoteltiporlando.com review. The rooftop Sky Terraces are described only as event venues, with no pool. A Yelp snippet mentions a "Rooftop Pool Bar", but no source places a pool on the roof, so the courtyard description stands.
The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes. Pools are an outdoor pool and courtyard pool plus an adults-only spa lap pool. No source places a pool on the roof or on a top floor.
Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort. The hotel's site describes Explorer Island water park and the adults-only Oasis pool but never places a pool on the roof or a top-floor terrace. The only rooftop mentioned is the 17th-floor Capa steakhouse and bar, which has no pool. The Google Maps listing has no pool information.
Marriott's Grande Vista. No source places a pool on the roof or a top-floor terrace. Sources describe resort pools (Plaza del Sol Pool, Mist Pool Bar) without any rooftop placement.
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando. Several sources describe an outdoor pool with a deck, but none places the pool on the roof or on a top floor. Not confirmed as rooftop.
